An avid year-around boater, licensed as a U.S. Coast Guard MASTER Captain, and OUPV Captain, (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels), with an Assistance Towing endorsement.  My experience provides excellent knowledge of  Lake Chickamauga and Watts Bar Lake on the Tennessee River, representing over 130 miles of navigable waterway. This provides important lake property input as to dockage availability, water depth as to seasonal and year round usage. I have facilitated with my lakefront property clients through the boat dock application process, with successful issuance of TVA dock permits.  I’m dedicated to put “Real Service” back in your Real Estate needs.
